| The history of "UAE Bunts" – as it is proudly called today dates back to three successful decades when a group of four vibrant young couples decided to have an informal gathering. Little did they know that the association would evolve into what it is today – BRAVE, UNITED, NATURAL, TOUGH AND SUCCESSFUL (that's what BUNTS stand for!!!). The formation of UAE Bunts is attributed to Mr. BBK Shetty & Mrs. Usha BBK Shetty, Mr. Inna Surendra Shetty & Mrs. Madhavi Surendra Shetty, Mr. Jayaram Shetty & Mrs. Prema Jayaram Shetty and Mr. Satishchandra Bhandary & Mrs. Mamatha Satischandra Bhandary, together with few other prominent Bunts.
